TEST RELEASE · UPDATED OCTOBER 9, 2026
Your listing. Your information.
This notice describes the Listing Photography website and app test release. Paid customer bookings are not open until payments, service coverage and photographer availability are configured.
Booking and account information
We store the name and email associated with your sign-in, property address, package and property type, chosen appointment, assigned photographer, booking reference, and refund-request status. We use these details to run your account, schedule your shoot, and handle requests. Booking does not subscribe you to marketing.
The hosted test release stores account records in a private database on Fly.io and serves its public website through Netlify. Local preview accounts are available only on the development computer and represent sample data; they do not create real appointments, payments or refunds.
Google services
As you type an address, the entered search text is sent through our server to Google Places for suggestions. Selecting a suggestion retrieves that location’s address details. Google sign-in, when configured, sends your Google identity token to our server for verification. We do not receive your Google password.
Google services are subject to Google’s Privacy Policy and the Google Maps Terms of Service.
Optional Google Calendar connection
Photographers can separately connect their Google Calendar. With permission, we read busy times from their primary calendar to avoid scheduling conflicts and create or update events for their assigned shoots. Calendar events include the appointment time and property address. We encrypt authorization tokens on our server. Disconnecting removes the stored connection and cached busy times and attempts to revoke authorization at Google; previously created calendar events remain. Connecting a calendar does not subscribe anyone to marketing.
Assistant and optional voice
When live AI is enabled, your question and recent chat context are sent to the OpenAI Responses API to prepare an answer. Provider-side response storage is disabled by this app, though the provider’s service policies still apply. Please avoid sharing passwords, payment-card numbers, lockbox or alarm codes, or sensitive personal information in chat.
Voice input starts only when you tap the microphone and grant browser permission. It uses your browser’s speech service, which may send audio to its provider. We do not upload audio to our booking server. Reading replies aloud is optional and uses your browser’s speech synthesis.
Your browser
A necessary session cookie keeps you signed in and protects requests. Public app files can be cached for loading when connectivity is limited. Account records, address searches and booking responses are not cached by the app’s service worker. Bookings cannot be confirmed while offline. No advertising trackers have been added.
Access and deletion
For access or deletion requests, contact booking@listingphotography.ai from the email associated with your account. During this test release these requests are handled manually. Account and media records are not automatically deleted when you uninstall the app. Clear pending local captures from your browser or device as well.
Photographer location and availability
Photographers can enable location while the app is open to check arrival at an assigned property and open its capture workflow. The app sends a recent position and its reported accuracy to our server for this check. It does not track location in the background. Permission can be withdrawn in the browser or device settings; capture stays locked when a usable on-site check is unavailable. Browser location is not a guarantee of physical presence.
We store online/offline availability changes, availability hours and calendar blocks to operate the schedule, along with shoot progress and checklist records. Going online does not create an earnings rate or initiate a payout. Payout amounts are shown only when recorded.
Photographer camera and motion
The capture screen asks for camera and motion access only after you choose to enable them. While guided capture is armed, sufficiently steady level readings start a visible three-second countdown. Captured photos are queued for upload as private originals to the selected shoot. The camera preview and motion readings stay in the browser; microphone recording is disabled. Simulation mode uses clearly labeled sample images. Pending photos are stored locally in this browser for the signed-in staff user so interrupted uploads can be retried. The full local image is removed from the queue after our server confirms receipt. Browser storage can be cleared and is not a backup. Closing or backgrounding the browser may interrupt capture or uploads.
Uploads and delivery
Authorized staff can upload original and finished media to private server storage for the assigned shoot. Originals stay private. Finished files are reviewed before release. Customers can access only files released for their own bookings.
Room outlines and floor plans
Optional AR uses the camera and device tracking to estimate the room corners you mark. Camera frames used by this room tool are not uploaded by the app. Saved room outlines, dimensions, placement, walkthrough order and exported floor-plan images are attached to the assigned shoot. Estimates are labeled and require review; this test tool does not automatically reconstruct a complete home.
Payments and refunds
Booking uses upfront payment through Square when the operator configures it. We hold the selected time during checkout and confirm the appointment after payment is verified. Payment information is entered on Square’s hosted checkout, and our server stores booking-linked payment references, amounts and status. We do not collect or store card numbers. The hosted test release has payments disabled until Square is connected. The local development preview uses explicitly labeled simulated payments. Square Sandbox, when enabled, is test-only and cannot release real deliveries. A saved refund request records a request only; it is not evidence that money was returned.
